In the event of loss or damage to equipment provided during the service:
The client agrees to:
(1.) Restore the equipment to its original condition,
(2.) replace it with property of equal value acceptable to us,
(3.) or compensate for its market value.
4. Payments:
Payment terms are outlined on the invoice.
Late payments may result in additional fees or project delays.
Projects may require deposits before work begins.
5. Intellectual Property:
Final deliverables remain the property of BrightBeam Productions until payment is received in full.
Clients may use the deliverables for their intended purpose but may not resell or redistribute without written consent.
6. Media Usage Rights:
BrightBeam Productions reserves the right to use all media, images, and videos captured or produced
during the course of a project for promotional, marketing, or portfolio purposes.
Clients may request in writing that specific media be excluded from such use, subject to mutual agreement.
7. Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
Disputes should first be addressed through mediation or written communication.
8. Website Use:
You may not use our website for unlawful purposes or in ways that may damage its functionality.
